The puppy you have purchased, is the best of my knowledge, is in good health at time of sale. You must take your puppy to the vet within 2-3 weeks, when next vaccine is due, but not more than 3 weeks. The puppy is guaranteed against any life-threatening genetic defect, until the puppy is one year of age. If found to have a life-threatening defect, your puppy will only be replaced with another puppy of buyer’s choice, from next available litter, at equal value within 1 year. This is a replacement guarantee only, no money will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for providing me with a veterinarian statement as to the defect, prognosis/cause of death. If puppy passes at home, it must be taken to a vet for written diagnosis and cause of death, at buyers’ expense. Veterinarian statement must be provided to me within 5 days of the diagnosis/death. All vet testing/notes paperwork is required. Puppy must be returned to me within 10 days of diagnosis at buyers’ expense with all AKC papers and any other papers given to you at time of purchase. Proof of current vaccines, de-worming, purchase and use of NuVet vitamins is required for puppy replacement guarantee. Nuvet helps to insure the health of your puppy. Puppy will have first shots ( I will provide proof with puppy) & be de-wormed several times before it leaves our home. Buyer must keep vaccinations current. Any and all vet costs after purchase is the sole responsibility of buyer. The buyer acknowledges that this agreement is null and void, if buyer does not keep vaccinations & Nuvet vitamins current, is abused, bred, given away or sold, or fails to seek medical care for a sick puppy immediately. We do not guarantee against communicable diseases (such as Parvo, distemper, etc…) that can be vaccinated for, after 7 days of purchase. We do not guarantee against: coccidi, Giardia or other parasites, hypoglycemia breakability, color, pinched nostrils, or hernias. All common in the breed. All puppies Sold with limited AKC unless agreed upon otherwise & written on this Agreement. There will be an additional charge for full AKC. If you don’t purchase full AKC/CKC, your puppy must be spayed/neutered as soon as appropriate per your vet. I reserve the right to hold AKC/CKC papers until sent proof that puppy has been spayed or neutered. 
 You promise to never take your puppy to a pound or animal control facility. It is always a good idea to microchip your pet. By purchasing a puppy, you agree to this agreement even if you don’t sign it. Buyer acknowledges reading the puppy care page on my website.
